My responses to a three day residency at Haining House, Selkirk, with the brief ‘reflections glass: water: art: science’. I used magnetic tape, mirrors, salvaged glass, wire and reeds from the river to make a series of temporary interventions.

Work from a twelve-month long residency in rural Northumberland 2013-2014 with Visual Arts in Rural Communities. I made an object each day out of things I found, things I hand-to-hand, or things given to me. This material diary of 365 objects was toured to Queen’s Hall, Hexham and The National Centre for Craft and Design, Sleaford.
